Kim is a passionate teacher who discovered yoga via her sports background in 1998 and has never been without it since. She describes yoga as a ‘coming home’ – a chance to establish self-awareness and reconnect with the sensations and needs of the body and mind. In this busy city, yoga provides a well-earned chance to slow down and allow you some ‘me’ time.With a background in Western Psychology, and experience of yoga in India, Australia, the UK and the USA and Kim effortlessly combines classical yoga practices with contemporary approaches to expertly meet the needs of the individual or group. She has studied a variety of styles at length including, Ashtanga, Hatha, Iyengar, Jivamukti, Bikram and Sivananda.
Kim enables students to improve their own physical and emotional health with practices that combine fun dynamic physical sequences with the breath and concentration.
